Watch on your TV

The theater is largest on the biggest screen you own. Kindle it once on your TV and it will remember you every night after.

What you need

  • Your key from the keeper. Ask Chris for a Jellyfin account before you begin.
  • The theater’s address: https://media.crittafur.party
  • A TV that runs apps: Android TV or Google TV, a Roku, or an Amazon Fire TV.

Android TV or Google TV

  1. From the home screen, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Search for Jellyfin.
  3. Select the app and choose Install.
  4. Open the app once it finishes installing.
  5. When it asks for a server, enter https://media.crittafur.party and confirm.
  6. Enter the username and password the keeper gave you, then sign in.

Roku

  1. From the home screen, open the Roku Channel Store (the Streaming Channels menu, then Search Channels).
  2. Search for Jellyfin.
  3. Select the channel and choose Add Channel.
  4. Open the channel once it installs.
  5. When it asks for a server, enter https://media.crittafur.party and confirm.
  6. Enter the username and password the keeper gave you, then sign in.

Amazon Fire TV

  1. From the home screen, open the Appstore (the magnifying-glass Find menu, then Search).
  2. Search for Jellyfin.
  3. Select the app and choose Get or Download.
  4. Open the app once it installs.
  5. When it asks for a server, enter https://media.crittafur.party and confirm.
  6. Enter the username and password the keeper gave you, then sign in.

If the door will not open

If the app cannot find the theater, check that the address is exactly https://media.crittafur.party — with https:// at the front and no www.
